Evening staff was friendly. Good size refrigerator and microwave in rooms. Queen beds!
Manager did not care about or provide Customer satisfaction. Small rooms.
Housekeeping was not provided even when requested to staff. Excuse was maybe housekeeper did not understand me English. I had to obtain clean towels, toilet paper and empty own trash. Lobby has chairs & TV, but no tables for gathering. Breakfast area with tables was locked to guests after breakfast. Business Center was not maintained, no pens, paper and printer out of ink. ...read more

The shower was great!
The hot tub in the room was to small.
We really enjoyed our stay, the clerk did not know answers to some of the questions I asked, but he was very nice. They were out of breakfast by 9:00 & it was suppose to last until 9:30.
